How long does a custom ring take?
Most custom engagement rings are delivered within 3–4 weeks. Simpler designs can be done in 2 weeks. More intricate work can take 5–6 weeks. We always confirm a timeline before you commit.
Lab-grown vs. natural — which should I get?
Both are real diamonds with the same physical and chemical properties. Both shine and sparkle alike. The main difference is in the cost. Lab-grown diamonds costs 60–80% less for the same size and clarity, however natural diamonds hold better in terms of resale value. We offer both and walk you through the trade-offs and ultimatly give the best advise for your situation.
How much does a custom engagement ring actually cost?
Our engagement rings start as little as $1,500 and go up to $100,000+. The customizations and possibilites are endless and we are here to guide you through that path.
What if the ring doesn't fit?
With every custom ring you will have access to cleanings, polishings and resizings for life--all with no additional cost to you.
Will I see the design before the ring is put into production?
Absolutely, you will receive a 3D rednering of your ring design before we put it into production. We will get your feedback, and if needed, make changes to the design in order to bring your dream ring to life.
Is shipping insured?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured for the full value of the piece, ships with FedEx, and requires a signature on delivery. Shipping is free on all orders.
